Community-Based Support Services
Mentors For Life provides mentoring and life coaching for adults with developmental disabilities — with dignity, respect, and a relentless focus on every individual's quality of life.
What We Do
Each service is tailored to the individual — their goals, their home, their pace.
Temporary assistance for adults choosing to remain in their family home. A bridge — not a permanent arrangement — lasting 6 to 12 months while families build their own foundations.
Ongoing support for adults living with family or on their own. The longest-running of our programs — available as long as it's needed, however long that takes.
One-to-one and one-to-two life coaching for adults who live independently. Includes 24-hour emergency support — because the right help doesn't take holidays.
We support adult persons served by a Regional Center. Our goal is to help each individual achieve greater satisfaction with their quality of life.
Mentors For Life, about us
Every interaction — from intake to progress notes — treats the people we serve as exactly what they are: full human beings with their own goals.
No two people have the same path. Our support adjusts to each person's pace, preferences, and objectives — not the other way around.
Whether someone lives with their family or on their own, we work with the whole unit — supporting relationships, not replacing them.
Our Reach
Whether you're launching into adulthood, entering the workforce, leaving it, or navigating any other transition — Mentors For Life meets you where you are.
